2-Chamber Brown Cedar Bat House – Holds Up to 75 Bats | Natural Mosquito Control | Eco-Friendly

About this item

Two-Chamber Brown Cedar Bat Habitat — Holds 75 Bats Handcrafted from cedar in a warm brown finish, this two-chamber habitat holds up to 75 bats. It is the flexible mid-size choice: enough depth for a growing colony, and a finish that suits warm summers without overheating. Two chambers, 75 bats. Bats roost in tight vertical crevices. Two chambers give a colony depth and a choice of temperature through the day, which single-chamber habitats cannot offer. Why the brown finish. Brown retains more heat than natural cedar and less than black, holding a steadier interior across a wider range of conditions. Suited to warm days and mild nights, roughly 30–35 °C at peak. Rough-sawn interior. Every interior surface is grooved so bats can climb and hang securely — the detail that decides whether a habitat gets used. Handcrafted cedar, built to last. Solid cedar weathers without chemical treatment. Arrives fully assembled with mounting hardware and the Bat Conservation International siting guide. No expertise required.
