Because these projects require immediate proficiency, applicants must already have Vivado installed and fully operational on their own Windows-based personal computers. Mercor does not provide software licenses, hardware components, or virtual machine environments. Your capability to jump straight into active workflows from day one is critical to success.

Specific Technical Requirements & Setup Standards

To qualify for this lucrative contract, candidates must meet rigorous technical prerequisites regarding hardware capabilities and software environment access:

• Software Expertise: Hands-on operational fluency with AMD/Xilinx FPGA and SoC design, synthesis, timing analysis, and RTL verification using Vivado.
• Operating System: A dedicated personal computer running Windows with Vivado pre-installed and ready to launch.
• Display & Screenshot Resolution Standards: You must be capable of capturing high-fidelity screenshots exceeding 2.5 megapixels via one of two approved options:
  • Option A (Single Monitor): High-resolution single screen matching exact threshold aspect ratios (e.g., 2560x1440 QHD, 3840x2160 4K, 5120x2880 5K, or ultra-wide configurations like 3440x1440). Standard built-in Mac/PC laptop displays like MacBook Pro 14" and 16" also qualify.
  • Option B (Dual Monitor Setup): Two displays positioned side-by-side and captured as a single sprawling image (minimum two 1920x1080 displays combined).
