- Question Design: Draft clear, objective, and multi-step analytical questions based on intricate visual data, demanding rigorous quantitative reasoning.
- Step-by-Step Explanations: Deliver precise answers accompanied by comprehensive, step-by-step explanations in expert-level written English, detailing calculations, statistical inferences, or clinical judgment.
- Terminology Precision: Apply precise domain-specific medical and biostatistical terminology, ensuring accurate tracking of units, scales, confidence intervals, p-values, and chart annotations.
- Task Structuring: Design reasoning tasks emphasizing graphical interpretation, trend analysis, comparisons, and data interpolation while avoiding ambiguous phrasing.
- Remote Collaboration: Collaborate reliably with project teams via digital channels, incorporating feedback and maintaining consistent quality standards.

- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated advanced skill with axes, legends, units, scales, confidence intervals, and statistical annotations in complex medical graphics.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to clearly articulate analytical processes and provide rigorous clinical or biostatistical reasoning in written and spoken English.
- Bilingual Advantage: Bilingual proficiency in English and, ideally, a second language relevant to clinical research or medical practice.
- Portfolio Background: Experience in technical documentation, scientific publishing, or structured data annotation for research or AI development.
